Working Process

It is very easy to work with WickedInnovations. Our working process includes several steps:

1. You Contact Us and say that you are interested in our services.
2. An Account Representative of our company gets in touch with you and answers your email with all necessary information and questions he/she has for you.
3. You provide us with a detailed technical specification for your project. It is not necessary to write something too complicated, you just need to formulate what you want, tell us about your specific demands and wishes and provide us with all applicable materials that you have (files, pictures and other references). You can alternatively submit this info via our Online Form.
4. Your order will be forwarded to head of the Training pool and they will pre-qualify lists of staffs that match your requirements.
5. In less than a day or two, Training department will send you an email with the short listed employee with his/her portfolio for your evaluation and proposed deployment date.
6. If you agree with the proposal, we can start the Free trial promo period immediately.
7. A Project Supervisor (PS) will be assigned to you and he will be your direct point of contact within the trial period until you sign up for the staff.
8. In the process of work, we maintain everyday communication (email, ICQ, MSN or AIM) and give you every day reports on the project status.
9. You agree to send us the necessary materials and access (such as pictures, videos and ftp) for our staff to work on.
10. Once the Free Trial expires and you are happy with the work of your staff(s), we then send you the Invoice. If during the Promo you are unsatisfied, inform the Project Supervisor and we would be glad to offer you a replacement without any question.
11. We send you all the source files created during the trial promo once payment is successfully verified.
12. After finishing of the project we keep strict confidentiality of our cooperation.
